Music
Music and the background of pure silence are, to me, the voice of God. For over a decade, Bhakti yoga (chanting and praising the many forms of the divine) has repeatedly connected me with the depth of my being. Music is the universal language: it dissolves barriers, invites deep feeling, carries presence directly, softens the nervous system, and opens the heart.
Below are some things I've been working on: recordings I've contributed to, and conversations. More will be shared as they become available.
Don't play what's there; play what's not there. In music, silence is more important than sound.
