Wisdom says I am nothing, Love says I am everything. Between the two, my life flows.

Path of devotion
Healing across
East and West
My foundation in bodywork, music, psychology, and yoga shaped me.
The presence of extraordinary masters, ongoing initiations, and silence, alongside many years of training across Eastern and Western approaches to the body, mind, and healing arts, humbled me and helped me rest as I am.
Practice
How the work moves
Listening to tissue gradually became an integrated practice. I meet structure through myofascial touch, holding bones, nerves, and organs, sensing rhythm, fluid dynamics, and relational patterns, emphasizing the body as an integral whole.
Sessions, in person and online, are held as consecrated ceremonies that invite unconscious patterns to surface, generational tendencies to unwind, and the heart to open.
See sessionsAs a universal language, music offers one of the most direct ways love, truth, coherence, and feeling move through the body and into the world. Through session work, multi-instrumentalism, kirtan, and teaching, I feel blessed to participate.

Facilitation
Serving practitioners and communities
Alongside one-on-one work, I facilitate bodywork immersions and trainings, emphasizing the healing arts as a path toward remembrance and awakening through easily applicable techniques that can serve you and your communities.

Where I am
Study, retreat, and service
Over the past three years, study, retreat, and service have taken me across 15 countries, including four journeys to India, meeting teachers, traditions, and communities along the way.
I spend time between Austin, Texas, Manchester, UK, and Tiruvannamalai, India, offering in-person work and facilitation according to where I am living or traveling. In time, I hope to offer acupuncture to communities in need by donation.
